As a Store Leader, you will be at the forefront of our retail operations, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our outdoor retail store. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment for your team. Your passion for the outdoors, retail expertise, and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our store and building a loyal customer base.
In this role, you will get to :
- Team Leadership and Development: Inspire and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance performance and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Identify training and development opportunities to support the growth and career progression of your team members.
- Sales and Performance Management: Drive sales growth by setting ambitious targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and monitoring performance metrics. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to maximize sales opportunities. Lead by example, actively engaging with customers and promoting our outdoor retail products.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently outstanding customer experience by setting high standards for service, product knowledge, and engagement. Monitor customer feedback and take prompt action to address any concerns or issues. Foster a customer-centric culture within the store, instilling a sense of trust, loyalty, and satisfaction among our customer base.
- Merchandising and Visual Presentation: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized environment that reflects our brand identity. Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize product displays, drive product visibility, and create compelling in-store experiences that inspire customers.
- Operations and Inventory Management: Ensure efficient store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention measures. Maintain accurate records of inventory, analyze stock levels, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability. Implement operational processes and standards to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any Major
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the retail schedule.
- Have basic Microsoft Office skills
- Willing to be placed around Eastern Indonesia area (Maluku, Papua, Sulawesi)
