About the Job

As the Retail, Sales, and E-Commerce Support Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible fordirecting, controlling, and ensuring the effective implementation of all policies that support the company's business across both offline and online channels. This encompasses inventory management strategies across all channels, administration of Visual Merchandising policies, store management strategies(including opening, closing, maintenance, and renovation), as well as other business support strategies. Your role is pivotal in facilitating theachievement of national sales targets that align with the company's vision andmission.

In This role, you will get to :

1.    PolicyDevelopment and Implementation:

a.    Developand implement comprehensive policies that support the company's businessobjectives across offline and online channels.

b.    Ensure theconsistent application of these policies throughout the organization.

2.    InventoryManagement:

a.    Developand execute effective inventory management strategies across all channels tooptimize product availability and minimize stockouts.

b.    Monitorinventory turnover, product assortment, and demand forecasting.

3.    VisualMerchandising Oversight:

a.    Administerand oversee Visual Merchandising policies to enhance the visual appeal andcustomer experience in physical and online stores.

b.    Collaboratewith teams to create visually appealing product displays and layouts.

4.    StoreStrategy Management:

a.    Manage theentire spectrum of store strategies, including store openings, closures,maintenance, and renovations.

b.    Ensure theefficient utilization of resources and timely execution of store-relatedprojects.

5.    BusinessSupport Strategies:

a.    Developand implement various business support strategies aimed at enhancingoperational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

b.    Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to align support services with business goals.

6.    CustomerService Exellence

a.    ensure thedelivery of excellent customer service across all customer service departments.You will lead your team to provide outstanding support to customers, addressissues, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvingcustomer service processes and operations.

What you will Need to Succeed :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).  
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retailmanagement, sales, or e-commerce, Visual Merchandising, Store Development,Business Fullfillment dan Customer Service with a proven track record ofleadership and strategy implementation.
3. Familiarity with Visual Merchandising principles andpractices, with the ability to enhance store aesthetic
4. Demonstrated experience in managing store operations,including openings, closures, and renovations
5. Strong business acumen and the ability to developand implement effective business support strategies.  
6. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solvingskills.  
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.  
8. Strong leadership and team managementcapabilities.  
9. Willing to be placed in EIGER Head Office, kab.Bandung
